Focusing on how to display products, achieving a good fit between the product and the bag, as well as ease of display!

Our products typically feature bags with corners on all four sides, but this time we incorporated a shoulder drop processing based on the following customer requests: 1. For a bag that holds a lunch box, we want to ensure that the corners at the top of the bag do not protrude when the product is placed inside. 2. We want to improve the visual appeal as much as possible when arranging the products. These were the two main points. Now, regarding the shoulder drop processing, when inserting thicker products, it is usually necessary to set the header portion longer than the width of the product. However, this increases unnecessary parts of the bag and distorts its shape, taking up extra space during display. Therefore, we decided to apply the shoulder drop processing. We made the header portion smaller than the product width from the beginning and cut both ends of the upper part of the header diagonally. This allows us to achieve a fit that matches the product size and eliminate unnecessary margins in the bag, increasing the number of different types that can be displayed in one location from three to four. In fact, bags with shoulder drop processing save about 10-20% more space compared to regular bags. In addition to the standard shoulder drop bags, we have made it possible to neatly accommodate thicker items by narrowing the bottom with a specialized blade and adding slits. To cut the bottom, a straight blade is inefficient, so we created a specialized blade. We proposed a bag that does not lower the product value by creatively adjusting the position of the handle.

When manufacturing OPP bags, gussets are added to accommodate thicker products. Typically, gussets are added to the bottom of the bag, but in this case, we will introduce an example where the gusset is placed at the top. The customer's requests were as follows: 1. Make it easier to insert angular, thick products. 2. Showcase the thickness of the product effectively. 3. Improve the fit between the product and the bag, enhance the first impression, and increase the product's value. To fulfill these requests, we added a gusset at the top, which gives the bag a three-dimensional feel and allows for accommodating angular, thick items while maintaining the shape of the product. With this approach, we were able to propose a bag that meets the customer's requirements. Bags like this can also be used for clothing, ensuring that the clothes fit snugly in the bag while maintaining a beautiful three-dimensional appearance even when inserted. The paid sample service is a service you can use when you want to know what the actual finished bag will look like or how it will feel when the product is placed inside. The cost for the base material is a flat rate of 30,000 yen (excluding tax), and the processing fee is a flat rate of 15,000 yen (excluding tax). This includes a maximum of three size change services and a proposal service for bags that fit the products to be placed inside. If you place a formal order after using the paid sample service, there will generally be no charge for the base material. *Please note that additional charges for the base material may apply depending on the order quantity. *If printing or lamination is required, additional fees will apply. *The storage period for the base material is one year.
